Since day 1 she knew from the beginning how to show me her incredible professionalism, which is a very rare sight if I do say so myself. She spent over 3 hours with me on our initial meeting to explain her brokerage contract to me and fill out my seller's statement together. We signed papers on a Friday, she did everything possible to make the photos and video happen as soon as possible to move along the process. Then, Tuesday of the following week, my house was online and guess what? We had our first visit that same day!! Isn’t that just crazy?! Our goal was to sell before May 19 and go to the notary no later than June 1. You probably would think yeah that is totally possible because the market is hot right now but like i said before my house has its challenges for selling being 1 hour away from Montreal in a corner where almost no one goes. But Paulina showed me nothing but confidence, positivity, motivation, and encouragement reassuring me that we were going to succeed. I was finally able to sleep knowing this and it allowed me to breathe for the first time. I felt a feeling so foreign to me since I live a daily life of challenging customers where breathing is almost not even allowed or you risk losing all the time spent strategizing. Now, you probably are wondering, okay this story is good but why highlight it? Because she managed to sell my house in 12 DAYS!!!
